Hay fever…?


I started to have symptoms of hay fever which is a common condition that shows signs and symptoms similar to a cold with sneezing , congestion and running nose couple days ago:(  Obviously It is hay fever…

This time I googled it about what kind of foods are effective as a measure for hay fever.


      The ingredients can help to  improve the immune balance, and reduce allergy!

It would be better to eat it about three to four a per day. That’s a lot.. ^0^;




Rose hips

     Rose hips are particularly high in Vitamin C content. Also  Rose hips are used to help prevent allergy, cold and flue. It recommends for women to help improve your skin smoother and soften.






  Natto is a traditional Japanese food made from soybeans fermented. It helps to prepare the bowel, and produce immune cells. It’s really good for the beauty and healthy as well.





Black vinegar

 Popular in Japan as a health tonic or drink, black rice vinegar reputed to have an array of health benefits, similar to apple cider vinegar and other vinegar. The vinegar can also be used to as a fat- and cholesterol- free alternative to balsamic vinegar. It is very famous for good health.






  Ginger is known to have the ability calm an upset stomach and to promote the flow of bile. Ginger has effected to reduce inflammation of mucous membranes.
